Our kennel technicians are also very much hands on with your pet especially if they are here for the day or an extended period of time. They watch and observe the pet, often times just being the one the pet is most comfortable with as they receive a treatment or procedure while in the hospital.  They are often seen hugging and “talking” to the pets.
