Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital employs 13 Registered Veterinary Technicians and Veterinaryassistants. Registered technicians are required to complete the course for veterinarytechnology and pass a national and state board examination prior to being an accreditedtechnician. They are dedicated to the care and wellbeing of each and every one of our patients.They are the “nurse” that your pet will have when they are in our hospital. We also haveveterinary assistants that are the doctor’s right hands at all times. They help with everydayprocedures such as nail trims, blood draws, radiographs and processing on line prescriptionsand other requests.
